Zhuhai Yueke Tsinghua Electronic Ceramic Co.Ltd,(GTT),founded
by Guangdong Technology Venture Capital Group Co.,Ltd and
Tsinghua University,is demonstratingcompany in the field of
high technologic-fruits industrialization.GTT has the totalcapital
of 72 million yuan(RMB)for registration and the certification
of ISO9001-2000.ln2001,GTT was accepted as an advanced technical
company by GuangdongTechnological Office. GTT owns two research
fruits achieved in State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics
and fine Processing(Tsinghua University).Also,GTT has a whole
series of fine product line for tape casting.Using the slurry
without social effects of pollution,Al2O3 and AIN ceramic
substrates
of about 60,000 m2 are produced per year.GTT also plans
to research and develop various advanced electronic components.
Now various 96Al2O3 and AIN ceramic substrates with high performances
are produced in GTT.The former is mainly used as HIC,chip
resistance,network resistance,crystalsurging components,semiconductor
cooler and power module.The latter is used momentarily for
various applications such as highly integrated thicd-film
and thin-film components,power modules and heat radiation
plates. Recently GTT set up Guangdong lnformational and functional
ceramic Research and Development Center.The center owns
a whole series of equipments for preparation and analysis
of ceramics.The excellent research work of the staff in the
center promotes the continuous development of GTT on the
technology.
